Real estate plays an important role in investment portfolios and is also related to many societal challenges that we face. Fortunately we see more and more impactful initiatives in the real estate market. It is important that sufficient funding is available for these initiatives, so that the intended positive impact can actually be realized. To give an idea of these developments, during this seminar we will present an overview of what is possible within impact real estate investments. And we will present inspiring examples of investments that generate a positive impact within real estate. This can be on a social level and/or in the field of sustainability.
The seminar is interesting for you or your colleagues working at pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and foundations, who deal with Impact and real estate in particular.
